I arose from my sleep.
I awoke from my dream;
Searching to retrieve...
Searching to find peace.
I was told that by a need,
We’d lose resolve; we'd break and bleed.
We'd cease to belong
We'd reach death before life hath begun. .
I arose with disbelief
To see ten fold, a quest for peace.
It was deemed a short reprieve.
This blackened train hath greater speed...
to reach destiny of debauchery.
I dissolved in lucidity
I saw mountains of concrete.
With nature infringed upon;
And better days so far gone....
The turbulent storm, hath already come.
